Early-Bird VIP Group Package — Payment Terms

1. Package and pricing

1.1 The early-bird VIP Group package covers the full 2026/27 academic year of VIP Group membership (live group sessions, tutor support, predicted papers, and one-to-one sessions as described on the relevant package page).

1.2 The early-bird price is available to customers who enrol on or before 1 September 2026. After this date, standard VIP Group pricing will apply to new enrolments, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the early-bird offer at any time before that date. Prices already agreed with a customer under this offer will not be affected by any later change.

1.3 Customers may choose one of the following payment options for the early-bird VIP Group package:

   (a) Pay in full — a single payment of £497; or

   (b) Monthly payment plan10 monthly payments of £49.70.

1.4 Both options total £497 for the same full-year VIP Group package. No interest, administration fees, or other charges are added for choosing the monthly payment plan — it is a straightforward division of the full package price into 10 equal instalments. This is a payment plan, not a loan, credit facility, or finance arrangement.

2. The monthly payment plan is a fixed commitment

2.1 The monthly payment plan is a fixed commitment for the full academic year, not a rolling or cancel-anytime subscription. By selecting the monthly payment plan, the customer agrees to pay all 10 instalments in full, regardless of whether they continue to attend sessions or make use of the VIP Group's services for the full year. This differs from the cancel-anytime policy that applies to our other packages (see our Service Level Agreement for full details of that policy and how it applies elsewhere).

2.2 This fixed-commitment structure does not affect the statutory right to cancel within 14 days of enrolling that applies to online purchases of services under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, unless the customer has expressly asked for the service to begin during that 14-day period and has acknowledged that their cancellation right ends once the service has been fully delivered. Outside of that statutory period, clause 2.1 applies.

3. Instalment collection and missed payments

3.1 Monthly instalments are collected automatically on the same date each month via our approved payment processor.

3.2 If a monthly instalment fails (for example, due to an expired card or insufficient funds), we will notify the customer and attempt to collect payment again. The customer has 7 days from the date of the failed payment to update their payment details and settle the outstanding instalment.

3.3 If payment is not received within that 7-day period, we reserve the right to suspend the customer's access to VIP Group live sessions, tutor support, and related resources until the outstanding balance is paid. Suspending access does not remove the customer's obligation to pay any outstanding or future instalments due under the payment plan.

3.4 Access is reinstated once the outstanding instalment(s) have been paid in full.

4. Other terms

4.1 Except as varied by this section, our standard cancellation, rescheduling, and refund policy (set out in our Service Level Agreement) continues to apply to the VIP Group package.

4.2 All prices are shown in British pounds and include VAT where applicable, in line with the pricing terms set out elsewhere in these Terms and Conditions.
